The creator and host of Zero Punctuation and a couple of his buddies released last weekend a new trailer for their pitched show "GameDamage." It looks like it's finally going through this time.
Last December, Ben "Yahtzee" Croshaw and associates Yug and Matt released a pilot episode for "GameDamage." Structurally similar to Xplay, GameDamage plans to mix commentary on newly-released games with elaborate skits on gaming culture and other features.
Afterwards, all mention of GameDamage seemed to disappear. A new and improved GameDamage is now being showcased at the MIPCOM media content in Cannes, France. There, distribution plans for GameDamage are being finalized.
The new three-minute trailer shows snippets of mostly the same kind of material but based on games released in the last year. What's mainly apparent is that the production values have increased a bit, as the area in which three hosts talk is more dressed-up. The trailer also showed GameDamage covering an Australian convention.
