Follow-up: Germany Double Dipping on Ratings Labels for Mature Games?

In an article yesterday, we reported the possibility that Germany was double dipping on mature ratings labels due to the recent school shooting in Winnenden that left over thirteen dead. In an attempt to confirm the story and find out whether or not this was true, I went to a couple Game Stops today (one in Bonn and another in Cologne, Germany) to check boxes and ask employees.
To my dismay, they wouldn't let me take pictures, but those pictures would not have corroborated the previous story. After walking around in each of the shops for a considerable length of time, I found no extra warning labels at the two shops that visited. However, that doesn't mean that other stores are putting the policy to use.
To further add to the story, the Game Stop employees that I questioned weren't able to give definitive answers on this being region specific either. If at some point I do notice a change, the Kombo Union will be the first to know.
The picture in this post was used for the previous post as well. I've used it here to help with the backstory.
