Remember the story about that Batman game that Pandemic Brisbane was working on, before it got canned and then they got canned? Well, if not, there's the link, so you can go catch up.
Now, with that out of the way, Kotaku managed to get their hands on some early production animation:
...for that matter, why would Batman just stop like that?
It looks like it could be promising, but no more than any other Batman game.
Now, with that out of the way, Kotaku managed to get their hands on some early production animation:
The first clip up here shows a rooftop chase. Batman could be...either of them, really, but we're thinking the latter, because he does that neat slide. And why would Batman be running away?
...for that matter, why would Batman just stop like that?
The second clip... is a character test for what must have been one of the game's villains. Not much on show here, either, but you can at least get a feel for the tone the game was shooting for. The dark, murderous tone.
It looks like it could be promising, but no more than any other Batman game.
