Chief Operating Officer of Take-Two Leaving Company in April

In the two years since leaving Capcom of Europe to join Take-Two Interactive, Gary Dale had been promoted to Executive Vice-President and then on to Chief Operating Officer. And this April, all that will come to an end as he is said to be leaving for personal reasons.
Though Vice President of Corporate Communications, Alan Lewis, says that this was not part of a cost cutting or any other measure by Take-Two, he notes that they are not looking to fill Dale's position, instead delegating his responsibilities to remaining members of the executive management team.
During his time with the company, Dale saw them launch Grand Theft Auto IV and helped foil Electronic Arts' attempt at a takeover.
Best of luck to Dale, wherever he lands.
