It's Thanksgiving week, and not only does that mean more turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes and pies to eat than you should consume in one month, let alone in one day, it also means Black Friday. What is Black Friday, you say? It's the day after Thanksgiving -- the busiest shopping day of the year. Over the years, the Friday after Thanksgiving has earned itself a reputation for putting retailers in the black because it serves as the official beginning to the holiday season. And in order to rake in huge sales in just one day, retailers often offer spectacular deals on just about everything you can think of.
