Capcom has revealed listings to their investors which show what the company's best sellers have been, both in terms of series and individual titles.
Also included among the listings are their platinum sellers, of which they presently have 46. Among the series unit sales, it seems most likely that each "title" they include would count ports seperately, i.e. Resident Evil 4 for the Wii, the PS2, and the GameCube together would likely count as 3 titles. That, or I missed a lot of RE releases somewhere.
Strangely enough, on the Platinum Games, however, they seem to lump some together, specifically MegaMan Battle Network 4 Red Sun and Blue Moon.
